Hibachi-style cooking is often used in the US as a term for Japanese teppanyaki cooking, in which gas-heated hotplates or grills are used to quick cook chicken, beef, fish and shrimp, as well as a variety of vegetables, from onions to carrots, broccoli, zucchini, squash and other vegetables. Hibachi dishes are often accompanied by fried rice or white rice and soy, teriyaki or other sauces for dipping.
Okami Steak House features large teppan grills that allow our chefs to cook your food right before your eyes. Our chefs not only prepare a marvelous feast, but entertain with a fascinating dinner show.
